簡易的なプラグインです

Configが読み込むと生成されます

Join時のメッセージ(権限者の時): §l§a権限者の%nameさんがサーバーにやってきました
Quit時のメッセージ(権限者の時): §l§d権限者の%nameさんがサーバーから去りました
...

権限者と普通の人で書き換えれます

%nameはプレイヤーネームに変換されます

例: プレイヤーネームがGoldhayaoだったら...
「権限者のGoldhayaoさんがサーバーにやってきました」
って感じになります
